Now is the time when all the fruit starts to come in so I am reminded of my love of the season and PIE. I love pie! From the time I was little and was helping my Mom making the crusts, I've always looked forward to pie season. I also love the tools that she used to make the pie. There is something traditional, simple, classic and, perhaps, unknown to a younger generation thanks to the fast food craze. I want to help people remember.
